Circle rolled out its version 2.0 interface and made under-the-hood improvements for all accounts. This means that every customer can immediately benefit from these enhancements.

Every account is now running Circle 2.0

Changed

Circle has been meticulously refining a version 2.0 interface. We’ve received valuable feedback from users, highlighting the new interface’s enhanced ease of use and improved usability.

After conducting testing with core users, we’re excited to announce the general availability launch. Now, everyone has Circle’s latest, unified interface.

The immediate impact is a cleaner and faster experience. The more significant change is Circle’s ability to rapidly improve.

Under the hood, we've made numerous improvements so that new features, fixes, and performance enhancements can now be delivered to you even faster.

More reliable session uploads

Improved

Some longer session recordings, usually around an hour, occasionally failed to complete their upload this month. We identified and resolved the issue.

To prevent similar problems in the future, we’ve implemented continuous automated checks across audio uploads and the surrounding workflow. This allows our team to detect and diagnose issues more quickly.

Additionally, we’ve enhanced the tracing process to run across the review pipeline. This provides our engineering team with better visibility when problems arise.

If a session from this month didn’t save correctly, please contact support. We’ll investigate the issue with you.

Fixes

  • Signing in now redirects every user to the 2.0 interface

  • The chat button is accessible across all accounts.

  • Deleting a client now functions as expected.

  • Level-of-care filters now return the complete set of matching patients.
