Challenge: Clinicians spent 25–35 minutes per chart. Concurrent reviews were time-pressured and prior authorizations often lacked the source-verified detail payors required.
Solution: Circle Health's Charting and Authorization Assistants, integrated with Monument's EMR, draft and validate clinical documentation against ASAM criteria and the full patient record.
Results: Charting time dropped to 5–10 minutes. Prior authorization submissions now include source-cited clinical justification. Peer reviews are anchored to the validated record, and documentation burnout decreased across the clinical team.
